- We operate a complaints procedure that meets the National criteria. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to call the Surgery Manager, who will give you further information.
- Similarly, the Practice will inform patients of any unreasonable behaviour. We operate a zero-tolerance policy regarding violent or abusive patients, and we will remove those responsible from our patient list andwill seriously consider prosecuting.
