Thursday 8th January from 12:30 pm all three Belvoir Health Group Surgeries will be closed including both dispensaries. Our online appointment system will turn off at 12:30 pm. This is due to essential staff training. We will reopen on Friday 9th January as normal.

Medical requests are available Monday to Friday from 8:00 – 18:30

To help us arrange care promptly, please submit your GP appointment requests as early as possible during the day.

Your request will be triaged by a doctor, and you’ll get a response the same day.

Please submit ONE problem per request. Please submit multiple requests if you have multiple problems.

Please keep your phone available in case we need to contact you.

For urgent requests after 2:00pm, please call 0115 896 9991.

For emergencies, contact NHS 111 or dial 999

Admin requests are available Monday to Friday, 8:00 – 18:30

Whether it’s a test results, sick notes or medication requests, simply fill out the easy online form. Your request will be reviewed by our team during normal working hours.

If you need urgent medical advice between the hours of 6.30 pm – 8 am weekdays, during weekends or on Bank Holidays – please call 111.

NHS 111 can help if you have an urgent medical problem and you’re not sure what to do.

In case of a life-threatening emergency, please dial 999.

Rushcliffe patients can access routine appointments in the evenings and at weekends.

These appointments are best suited for things that will not need ongoing review by your usual practice.

You can book through your surgery during opening hours for appointments between 6.30pm and 8pm in the evening on weekdays and between 8.30am and 12.30pm at weekends.
