Booking an appointment
Please telephone our receptionists to arrange an appointment.
Online booking is currently suspended due to COVID – please ask our receptionist about registering for this service once we reintroduce it. All GP appointments are currently telephone appointments initially. if a face to face appointment is required, this will be discussed during your call with the GP.
We try our best to give enough time for each patient whilst trying to minimise waiting times. Each patient requires an individual booked appointment (including if attending with another family member). If you have more than one problem, please ask for a double appointment.
If you have a problem that needs urgent attention on the same day and cannot wait for a routine consultation, please phone the receptionist, who will take your details and ask a clinician to phone you back and triage or deal with your problem as appropriate.
Cancel an appointment
Please cancel online, via text (if signed up for this service) or inform our receptionists if you cannot keep your appointment – enabling it to be given to someone else. The telephone system also enables you to cancel an appointment when the surgery is closed by leaving a message when prompted.
