We have made changes to our appointment system to try and minimise the impact of the virus on vulnerable patients and on our staff.
Please do not come to your surgery unless you have first spoken to us on the phone or are collecting medication or a prescription. ALL appointments are now telephone appointments in the first instance.
If you do need to come the the surgery please ensure that you have a face covering with you as you will need to wear one.

Sometimes we need to contact our registered patients, so it is important that our records are up to date. Please can patients let their surgery know if their telephone number or address changes.
