PART TIME VACANCY: Administrative Assistant with Reception Duties
We are looking to recruit a confident and dynamic person to greet patients and answer telephones in a professional and courteous manner, direct calls, take messages, and provide a first class service to patients of the Practice at our busy Bingham site. Additional duties will include the undertaking of general administration tasks, pulling and filing of patient notes, handling incoming and outgoing post and accurately inputting data onto our clinical systems to ensure patient records remain current and up to date.
The successful applicant will have an outgoing and enthusiastic personality, flexibility to meet the needs of the organisation, be IT literate and have a desire to grow and succeed within the organisational structure. Use of own transport with business use insurance is essential as travelling between sites may be required.
The scheduled hours of work are:
Monday Day Off
Tuesday 13.00-19.00 (6 hours)
Wednesday Day Off
Thursday 08.00-16.30 (8 hours)
Friday 08.00-15:30 (7 hours)
A background in a related administrative role would be useful but is not essential but a desire to learn is a must. Training will be provided to the right candidate. Current full driving licence and ability to use own car for work purposes is required as you may have to travel between our other sites.
