🔔 Change to Online GP Appointment Booking Opening Hours

From Wednesday 1st October, the revised online access hours will be:
🕗 Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 6:30pm
If you require an appointment, please submit your request online as early as possible during the day to help us arrange care promptly.

📋 Questions & Admin
For administrative queries or requests – such as test results, sick notes, or medication requests – please continue to select ‘Questions & Admin’ via our online system.
These services are also available Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:30pm

ADVANCE CLOSURE NOTICE

Thursday 9th October from 12.30pm all three Belvoir Health Group Surgeries will be closed including both dispensaries. Our online appointment system will turn off at 12pm. This is due to essential staff training. We will reopen on Friday 10th October as normal. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Belvoir Health Group

If you need urgent medical advice between the hours of 6.30 pm – 8 am weekdays, during weekends or on Bank Holidays – please call 111.

In case of a life-threatening emergency, please dial 999.

Rushcliffe patients can access routine appointments in the evenings and at weekends.

These appointments are best suited for things that will not need ongoing review by your usual practice.

You can book through your surgery during opening hours for appointments between 6.30pm and 8pm in the evening on weekdays and between 8.30am and 12.30pm at weekends.
