The doctors are entitled to decide what services to provide that fall outside the NHS contractual obligations. Non NHS Services that the doctors choose to offer may have a charge . These services include private health care, insurance forms, passport applications, private sick notes, holiday cancellation forms, local council letters and many others. Our fees are advertised in the reception areas.
Please note that we do not provide ‘Pregnancy fit to fly certificates/letters’. Pregnancy related Fitness to Fly letters do not fall within our NHS obligations and we presently do not have capacity within our clinical workforce to assess a patient’s fitness to fly at the current time. There are private GP services available locally & nationally that may be able to assist.
